Identification-when we will make mistake

There is no problem if only one road.

we will make mistake if there are two road to choose, and if the choice is similar and more, we will make mistake easier.Moreover, we always make mistake when we didn't realize we can choose. If there a small way beside the road and we can't find it easily as a barrier, we will miss it. If someone ask me for a help and i won't do it right now, i will forget it easily.

For these situation，identification is really important, make different choice different with various method, there should be a board to guide the small way, we call it visualization；we should record some task in notebook in case we forget, we call it process management; we use different valve for different gas in case of wrong connection, we call it physical separation. We put different class in different area, we call it space separation.

The world tend to be mess, we call it entropy increase. we need to reverse it,Goal of management is to make it ordered, to classificate, to sort，to conclude constant，to find variable item.

For example, customer need a adapter for H2 bundle to G5/8，i just think 21.8L to G5/8，and i don't realize there are two kind of valve for H2 bundle, and i choose the usual way automatic in brain without hesitation. It's small mistake but maybe lead to big accident. So we must keep cautious how many way we have.
