lazy and pride

common people fail as lazy, success is achieved by external factor, family support, industry developement, other people help.but we can only control internal factor:talent,education,hardwork,persist. many people make up their mind to change themself and few can do it. because they can not do it continuously, goal is never esay and difficulty always exist, in this time, we must keep doing it and solve the problem one by one, insist can make up the talent.If you want to have good speaking english, spend 1 hour everyday to practice it.If you want to have healthy body, spend half day everyweek to do exercise.Keep simple goal and do it every day, don't be disturbed by other entertainment.

talent people fail as pride, arrogant make us underestimate the difficult and overestimate the talent, they don't want do detail work and overlook many reality problem. there are huge gab between real situation and their theory.then they will not control the result and just give high pressure to other people. other people won't tell your the truth and just keep distance from you.
